Always a pleasure to do wedding photography in the open countryside. The Dark Horse vineyard has some great views.

Capturing the feel and expectation of a wedding in a photo, with the invitation and the rings.

We always like to get that image of the wedding dress displayed in the light through the window. We got the bridesmaid’s dresses as well. A very pleasant, old-fashioned feel to this picture.

So much champagne is shot into the air rather than drunk, but we get a few good photos that way. What it is about things that seem to float in the air?

A toast with the bride and her bridesmaids. Matching dresses always look snazzy.

Just happily on the lawn chairs. It feels both light-hearted and formal, like they were sitting on thrones.

Inspecting the dress that the bride knows she is about to wear.

Some help needed for a wedding dress like this. It’s a once in a lifetime occasion, so we can go all out in these things.

Framed in a mirror, the bride sees how other see her on this most important of days.

Every detail is part of the overall look. Shoes make all the difference.

Just the bride with her bouquet, all in stark white, because that’s enough to look great.

The right light and shadow through the window can make a wedding photo look artistic. We like the sense of anticipation of looking through the window.

The bouquet, the ring, the delicate white cloth, together.

The groom, casual at the start of the day, but with his formal wear at hand.

And this turns to a very suave look in a tuxedo.

Quite different to have wedding photography outside and not in a church; a very open and sunny feel to the day, which we all enjoy.

The sunlight brings out the colour in everybody’s fashion, something we usually don’t see indoors.

Just a tender kiss with the guests in the background. Nice to get those geometric lines of the path and skyline and shadows working together. And a nice combination of daytime colours.

Framed between two rows of trees and fences; we are always on the lookout for this type of wedding photo opportunity.

Under her veil, because this has a slightly mystical effect.

With the bridesmaids again, displaying the joy, the solidarity, of the day.

A few photos around the vineyard, which seems appropriate for a wedding. Always nice to do wedding photography in such lovely natural surroundings.

The sun behind them to give just the right light for a passionate moment.

Showing the rings to the world, because its official now.

Bride and groom framed by the open doors. About to cross the threshold to the future.

The wedding cake. We like the elegant, monogrammed initials.

The wedding reception hall, so austere with the table settings in stark white.

The newlywed couple have their first dance together. No fancy smoke and lights, but just a meaningful moment.

Champagne in the air again, for an interesting effect against the night sky.

Leaving the reception amid guest with sparklers.

We all certainly wish Tori and Jason the best for their future together.
