Just the wedding dress on display with a few accessories in the background. This gives a pleasant feeling of anticipation for the day.
A few of the bride’s personal effects, in a slightly more formal display. Particularity good is the cross with the poetic ideas about love.
A very fine pendant.
And the bride’s wedding ring with multiple diamonds.
As selfie photo with the bridesmaids.
Always good to get that wedding photo of just the bride and her dress, to show off the train. Usually, one of the best images of the day.
With the bouquet, with the all-white look.
A balcony appearance with the bride, bridesmaids, and the flower girls. This should be done more often with weddings.
Always good to have some live music on the day, a visceral experience.
Outside the Coptic Orthodox Church of St Demiana and St Athanasius in Punchbowl.
The atmosphere inside the Church was open and bright yet, warm and earthy at the same time. Certainly a nice place to get some good photos, even before the guests arrived.
Crowns on the bride and groom as they take the vows. We like these traditions.
An appropriate kiss as they newlyweds leave the church.
And in front of the wedding car.
A few images around the sandstone buildings in Martin Place, Sydney.
Surrounded by their wedding party.
The reception was at The Lemnos by Clarence House, Belmore. Wonderful golden light atmosphere here.
The reception’s Head table. An impressive site even before the guests arrive. We love those ceiling decorations, and the way the white and orange colours create such warmth.
Fine candles, such elegance in all the details.
The wedding cake. We see so many fine cake designs, but this is certainly an impressive look. Certainly, effective against a gold background.
White and orange flowers create a different aesthetic that looks great with warm candlelight.
And we like to take a few unusual artsy shots in black and white. This has a nice dreamy quality that suits a wedding album.
With the great décor in Clarence House, the warm light, the ceiling decorations, the white and orange flowers – how can we fail to get some great images.
On the dancefloor, bride, groom and guests, the joy here was palpable.
The happy couple make a toast in front of the wedding cake.
A lone dance with the bride and groom. This is always a good opportunity for a photo. So many things came together for this shot, the mist, those floor lights, the sense of symmetry.
Being carried on the shoulders of your friends, apparently a tradition in some places.
We all wish Nathan & Christyna the best for their future together.
